What the volume column becomes: once a dealer's customers pay through their portal (ACH for the big jobs), you see real activity across your whole network — which dealers are busy, which are quiet, where Acrytech is moving. Nobody sees anyone's private numbers but you'd see the health of your network for the first time.

What every customer gets the one-stop shop from the call

A world-class website

Built from their photos and real work, free. Same treatment ACE got — see the proof tab.

A business portal

Jobs, crews, schedule, weather windows, bids, leads/CRM, finances. The thing that makes them never leave.

Payments & invoices

Deposit → progress → final, paid by bank transfer with a link instead of chased checks.

Local SEO + AI search

Each installer wins their metro. Their sites all say they install AT Sports surfaces.

Proposals & contracts

Court designer with real Acrytech colors feeding priced proposals they can send same-day.

Content & presentation

Their install photos become galleries, case studies, and social-ready posts. (Your video guy stacks on top here.)

Reads from NetSuite — never replaces it

You already run the business in NetSuite. This screen connects to it (SuiteTalk REST — customers, sales orders, items, reps sync nightly) and computes the layer NetSuite doesn't show: which customers are growing, which are drifting, and why. Nothing gets re-typed, nothing moves out of NetSuite.

Ready to connect  This is standard NetSuite plumbing, not custom magic: it connects through SuiteTalk REST — NetSuite's own official API. Your admin creates one read-only integration login (about 10 minutes on your side), and customers, sales orders, items and reps start syncing nightly. We can never write anything back. Until that login exists, the rows below are samples showing the shape.

How the score works: order recency (did they buy this season?) + volume trend vs last year + engagement (are their portal, payments and marketing turned on?). A dealer whose platform is live and busy almost never goes quiet on product — and when a score slips, the account rep sees it months before it shows up as a lost customer. That's the "help them win and grow" thesis turned into a number.

Why this matters: today, every dealer describes your products their own way — or not at all. When their sites are on the platform, product names, specs, colors and photos come from this one list — including atsports.com itself. HQ is the database; the websites are the front end. Launch a new CushionX spec and your site, the whole network's websites, court designers and proposals carry it the same day. Your brand, consistent, everywhere — without chasing anyone. (NetSuite item records can feed this list too, so it's never maintained twice.)

ACE's own surfaces what Sean and Ben log into — the customer we already built. Click everything

You asked on the call how you could see what we're doing with Sean and Ben. Here it is — all live, all real:

PieceWhat it isOpen it
Rebuilt websiteFull redesign from their own photography (we pulled their originals, up to 8000px). 14 pages, case studies, three locations.Open site

Flight Deck (portal)Scheduling across 3 crews & 3 locations, weather coating windows, leads/CRM, bids won & lost, crew roster, finances. PIN 2181.Open portal

Why scheduling leads: when Ben saw this, his first words were that scheduling is their biggest issue — three locations, multiple crews, and coating days that live or die on weather. Every installer in your network has the same week.

The point for AT Sports

"We need to help our customers scale, and do it in a way that positions us so they can't leave us."

That was your framing, and this is the mechanism. A dealer whose website, scheduling, bids, payments and marketing all run on the AT Sports platform doesn't shop around on price-per-pail. The platform is the moat — the surfaces ride along with it.

And it composes with what exists: this builds on the customer platform your team already stood up — same instinct, taken all the way to running the whole business. Your video/content guy stacks on top too; everything here has open APIs.

How the money moves built for how court work is actually paid — bank transfer, not credit cards

The customerHomeowner, GC, school, club — gets a pay link on each invoice
→
Pays by bank (ACH)Connects their bank in seconds, approves the transfer. No card fees on a $45k job.
→
Installer's own accountMoney lands directly in the dealer's Stripe account. We never hold or touch it.
→
Platform feeA small % peels off automatically on each transaction — no invoices, no collections.

The honest math on a $45,000 court (Stripe's published standard rates): a credit card would cost ~2.9% + 30¢ ≈ $1,305 — which is why nobody swipes for a court. Bank transfer (ACH) processing is 0.8% capped at $5. So the dealer's cost to get paid electronically is five dollars, the platform fee stays small, and the customer clicks a link instead of mailing a check the dealer chases for three weeks.

Pay in 5 the option that closes jobs — spread a court over five monthly card payments

A $45,000 backyard court is a big check for a homeowner. On the platform, the dealer can offer 5 monthly payments of $9,000 on a saved card — first payment locks the schedule, the rest charge themselves automatically. No financing paperwork, no bank, just a payment plan.

Card processing (~2.9%) is typically passed through as a small convenience fee — the customer is choosing to spread payments, same as any pay-over-time option. GCs and schools keep paying by ACH like they always have; Pay-in-5 is for the homeowner jobs that stall on sticker shock.

Payment 5 — $9,000Final month · lien release on completion as normal

Why dealers will love it: more yeses on residential jobs. Why it works for the platform: a small platform % rides on each payment automatically. Everyone's incentive is the same — close the job, finish the court.

The invoice ladder how a $45k job flows

Final — $11,250 (25%)Sent at lines + net posts · customer pays from their phone at the walkthrough

Deposits stop being awkward phone calls. The portal knows the job stage, so the right invoice goes out at the right moment — automatically.

Who pays the $100 is your call: dealers pay it directly, or AT Sports sponsors the network (or a tier of it) as a dealer benefit — "buy Acrytech, your whole digital operation is included." Either way it's less than any one tool it replaces.

Already your #5 source — with zero AI-search work done

0

Key events tracked

5,100 sessions and not one lead, call or quote is measured

This is the attribution gap in one row: real traffic, real buyers (your Court Designer is the #2 most-viewed page on the site), and nothing wired to tell you which visit became a customer. The platform closes that loop — every lead lands with its source attached, from day one.

The search flywheel every dealer site feeds the brand; the brand feeds the dealers

Two layers, working together:

Layer 1 — each dealer wins their metro

"Pickleball court builder + [city]", "tennis court resurfacing near me." Local searches with real buyers and almost no competition doing content properly. Every dealer site names AT Sports surfaces on every product page.

Layer 2 — AT Sports wins the category

"Pickleball court dimensions" alone is ~22,200 searches/month at low difficulty. The rebuilt site's 26-guide answers library targets that whole board — and every guide routes readers to a dealer near them.

Where AT Sports stands today (Semrush, Aug 2026): atsports.com ≈ 546 visits/mo, last among peers we measured — SportMaster ≈ 9,247 is the ceiling, Laykold and California Sports Surfaces sit in between. The gap is content, not brand. The dealer network becomes dozens of sites all pointing demand at your surfaces.

AI search (AEO) the part almost nobody in the industry is doing

People now ask ChatGPT things like "who can build a backyard pickleball court near me" and "best sport court surface for hot climates." We structure every site — dealers' and yours — so AI assistants can read, cite, and recommend them: question-formatted guides, schema markup, llms.txt, explicit AI-crawler access.

This isn't theory for us: our last software customer found us because her husband asked ChatGPT — it named our product, she signed. That channel is real and it's nearly empty in the court world.

First movers own it. When an AI is asked about court construction anywhere in the country, the answer should be an AT Sports dealer.

How this works simple, and shaped together — nothing here is final

AT Sports gets

Free website (already built). The network back end — this screen. Customers who are structurally harder to lose. Category SEO + AI search that routes demand to your dealers.

Your customers get

Free website. A portal that runs their business. Payments that collect themselves — including Pay-in-5 for homeowners. Local marketing. All for $100/mo — a fraction of any one tool it replaces.

We get

$100/mo per active dealer and a small slice of payments (~1% where a job runs through the portal). We only make real money when your dealers are getting paid — our incentives point the same direction as yours.

What we'd need from you

Your endorsementAn intro from Brad lands differently than a cold email from us. That's the whole ask.
A starting list5–10 dealers you think would move first. We build them in waves, ACE-quality every time.
Your brand's blessing"AT Sports dealer" badging on network sites — co-branded, your standards, Mallory keeps veto on anything brand-touching.

Your new website is part of the package. The rebuild at atsports.walkthrulabs.com runs off this HQ — catalog in, site out — and every lead it produces carries its source (search, AI, a dealer page). Perfect attribution, no more guessing which marketing worked. Malory doesn't lose control; this screen is the control, and it beats a WordPress admin every day of the week. On your timeline — the old site keeps running until you say go.
